The Courtyard by Marriott, situated on CMU’s campus, is seeking a part-time Bistro Attendant/Barista to support morning dining services at their on-site restaurant. JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, and quality restaurant/bar services.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction
• Money handling/accounting
• Basic cleaning duties to maintain bistro and kitchen area
• AM service includes barista and coffee bar duties, which include crafting coffee beverages for guests.
• Prepare and present food to guests’ expectations
• Safe food handling
