Job summary

Tatte Bakery & Café is seeking an AM Bakery Driver Supervisor in Boston to lead bakery logistics and café operations. You will load, deliver, receive, and verify products, while maintaining inventory and FIFO practices.

You’ll supervise a team of seven drivers, create schedules, and ensure safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of driving experience, a valid license, and strong English skills; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent verifiable driving experience.
• Experience supervising teams of at least 7 drivers.
• Experience creating schedules and monitoring route efficiencies.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to speak English required; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery logistics and café operations by ensuring products move safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Load and deliver bakery products and supplies to cafés.
• Receive, verify, and organize incoming deliveries.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain proper FIFO rotation.
• Supervise and support a team of 7 drivers; create schedules and monitor routes.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards; work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
