Job summary

DEBNER in Houston seeks a Designer of ALUR demountable walls to deliver innovative, functional design solutions across corporate, healthcare, and higher education markets. You will develop demountable wall systems, create CAD drawings, 3D models, and specifications, and ensure designs meet codes and client goals.

Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to translate concepts into installable projects, emphasizing accuracy, sustainability, and regulatory compliance such as HIPAA and ADA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 3–5 years designing demountable walls with ALUR systems.
• Experience collaborating with architects, contractors, and internal teams on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Create design concepts and layouts for ALUR demountable wall systems tailored to corporate, healthcare, and higher education environments.
• Produce accurate CAD drawings, 3D models, specifications, and product cut sheets that clearly communicate design intent.
• Apply knowledge of ALUR product lines, including frameless glass walls, sliding and hinged doors, acoustic solutions, and modular adaptability.
• Ensure all designs align with applicable building codes, ADA, HIPAA, and healthcare-specific regulations.
• Review field conditions and verify site measurements to ensure precision in design and installation.
• Oversee implementation of design intent by collaborating with installers, ensuring accurate execution and quality standards.
