Job summary

You will produce CAD drawings and 3D models, ensure compliance with building codes and HIPAA/ADA where applicable, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to translate concepts into installable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3–5 years designing demountable wall systems (ALUR preferred).
• Experience with CAD and 3D modeling for design delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create design concepts and layouts for ALUR demountable walls.
• Produce CAD drawings, 3D models, specs, and cut sheets.
• Ensure designs meet codes (ADA/HIPAA) and installation constraints.
• Coordinate with installers and project teams to ensure accurate execution.
• Attend design reviews and communicate concepts clearly to stakeholders.
