Job summary

BYU is seeking an Alumni & Student Support Coordinator (part-time 28 hours/week) to manage on-campus alumni activities, provide career- and internship-focused support to economics students, and deliver exceptional customer service to faculty, staff, alumni, employers, and students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of office experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and professionally to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and employers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate alumni events that connect faculty, students, and alumni.
• Plan logistics for departmental conferences and tailgates.
• Manage alumni communications and employment opportunities data.
• Support students in obtaining internships and professional profiles.
• Liaise with advising and career centers to promote the economics major.
