Job summary

Liliʻuokalani Trust is seeking a Program Manager, Alumni and Scholarships to lead the alumni and scholarship programs, building a sustainable network and collecting longitudinal data on outcomes. The role designs and implements programs that extend LT’s impact beyond initial participation.

You will oversee policy, budgets, partnerships, and events, coordinate scholarship opportunities, manage application reviews, and ensure data privacy while aligning metrics with LT’s impact framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in project management, alumni relations, or scholarship administration.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with data systems and impact reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and oversee LT’s alumni program, including framework, strategy, infrastructure, and events.
• Design and maintain the Alumni Program and Scholarship Program as connected parts of LT’s continuum of support.
• Establish and manage alumni directory and contact collection systems.
• Conduct alumni gatherings across program locations.
• Develop a multi-year alumni engagement strategy and roadmap, including goals and metrics.
• Coordinate the scholarship application and review process end-to-end, including timelines and materials.
• Maintain participation and engagement records for eligibility verification and reporting.
• Collaborate with Research & Evaluation to align metrics with LT’s impact framework.
