Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required for the role.
• 5–7 years of extensive alumni relations experience.

• Excellent writing and communication abilities.
• Proven track record in planning and executing alumni events.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of Tufts Reunions educational and social programming.
• Direct project management with timelines, milestones, and stakeholder coordination.
• Plan and manage Tufts Night at Pops and coordinate with the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with campus partners and volunteers.
• Cultivate partnerships with vendors and service providers to support events.
