Middlebury College is seeking a Senior Alumni Programs Coordinator to strengthen ties with the alumni community through strategic program development, events, and volunteer engagement. You will lead initiatives across the alumni portfolio and partner with campus stakeholders to deliver on-campus, regional, and virtual programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years related experience required.
• Well organized; able to manage multiple events; detail oriented; able to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; diplomacy and tact to build relationships.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute alumni programs and events, including regional, virtual, and select on-campus events.
• Co-manage reunion classes; collaborate with volunteers to shape programming.
• Oversee event logistics (venue, catering, transportation, A/V, signage, materials).
• Develop invitations and follow-up communications; track attendance and engagement.
• Analyze event outcomes; recommend improvements for future programming.
• Build relationships with alumni leaders and volunteers to support engagement initiatives.
