This role supports the execution of alumni initiatives, ensures consistent coordination with volunteer leaders, and helps maintain the operational processes needed to support the Alumni Relations team. The Coordinator serves as a liaison between the Alumni Association, the Office of Alumni Relations, and campus partners, helping to ensure effective communication and program delivery.**SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY:**This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but collaborates with student workers, volunteers, and campus partners as needed.**NATURE AND SCOPE:**The Coordinator works under the general direction of the Director of Alumni Relations and collaborates closely with Alumni Association leadership, chapter presidents, board committees, and campus stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a high level of professionalism when interacting with alumni, volunteers, students, and university leaders.As the primary administrative and operational support for the Alumni Association, the Coordinator handles logistics, communications, volunteer engagement, technology support, and data management. The position requires discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
