Coaching for Healing, Justice, and Liberation is seeking an Alumni Relationship and Program Manager to oversee the 9‑month coach certification program and to engage and relate to alumni and cohorts led by the Co‑Directors.

Qualifications

• The Alumni Relationship and Program Manager is responsible for program management for our 9-month Coaching for Healing, Justice, and Liberation coach certification program as well as engaging, connecting, and relating to Coaching for Healing, Justice, and Liberation alumni and alumni from previous cohorts led by the Co-Directors of Coaching for Healing, Justice, and Liberation.
• Our ideal candidate is a group builder, potentially an organizer, that thrives on bringing exceptional and creative BIPOC leaders together because they know that what will emerge from the collective will be transformative.
• This person is no stranger to intersectional anti-oppression social justice work and is self-reflective, emotionally mature, consistent, and organized.
