South Dakota State University Alumni & Foundation seeks a Director of Alumni Outreach and Mentor Programs to lead the alumni mentoring initiative and coordinate career development programs for SDSU students and young alumni. Aufgaben

• Organize, implement, and execute the alumni-to-student mentor program.
• Recruit and train alumni mentors for SDSU juniors and seniors.
• Deliver and facilitate professional development programs in-person and virtually.
• Drive the strategic vision for the student mentor program and track progress.
• Represent the SDSU Alumni & Foundation at events and meetings; may require travel.
• Collaborate with campus administration, faculty, and staff; engage multiple stakeholders.
