Job summary

Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey seeks an Assistant Director of Experiential Engagement to lead and elevate alumni experiences. You will serve as a primary front-facing representative at events, build relationships with alumni, donors, families, volunteers, and campus partners, and help shape a culture of philanthropy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in event planning and front-facing constituent interaction.
• Strong interpersonal, project management, sales, fundraising, and budgeting experience.
• Must have a license and access to reliable transportation to attend events.

Responsibilities

• Represent Alumni Engagement & Philanthropy at events and build relationships with alumni, parents, donors, volunteers, sponsors, vendors and campus partners.
• Lead planning and execution of alumni events including Many Are One Gala and regional/affinity events.
• Generate revenue through sponsorship solicitation and manage sponsors.
• Collaborate with University Advancement and campus partners to advance Seton Hall's mission.
