Job summary

Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ, invites applications for the Associate Director of Leadership Annual Giving to manage a portfolio of upper-level donors ($1,000+) and grow the Bayley Society and Reunion Program through in-person and virtual solicitations.

Reporting to the Director of Philanthropic Engagement, the role delivers high-volume, personalized outreach, collaborates with the Alumni Engagement & Philanthropy team, and supports annual-giving efforts across direct mail,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in fundraising, cold-calling marketing/sales, campaigning or transferable skills.
• Very refined communication skills; ability to persuade and guide conversations.
• Ability to attend alumni engagement events that occur at night and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Identify and personally solicit upper-level annual giving ($1,000+).
• Build and manage the Bayley Society and Reunion Program portfolio.
• Travel and attend events to maximize donor engagement and fundraising results.
