Job summary

The Ohio State University seeks an Engagement and Alumni Relations Senior Associate to broaden and deepen engagement with alumni, donors, corporate partners, and internal colleagues within the College of Education and Human Ecology. This role serves as a liaison between the Office of Advancement and faculty managing volunteer boards and supports strategic engagement initiatives.

Under the Senior Director, the Senior Associate leads engagement strategy for advisory boards and the alumni society,

Qualifications

• Two years of volunteer management, alumni relations, donor relations, annual giving, customer relations, or similar relationship-focused roles.
• Two years of customer relations, volunteer management and/or institutional advancement experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates engagement and cultivation strategies for alumni, donors, corporate constituents and friends within the college’s volunteer boards.
• Assists with managing annual giving campaigns and coordinates with Central Advancement, the Engagement Center, and the Alumni Association.
• Oversees data capture in the proprietary Advancement database and maintains board member rosters and recruitment forms.
• Collaborates with faculty and staff to identify engagement opportunities and supports event planning and programming.
