Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4-6 years in alumni relations, engagement, volunteer management, or development.
• Experience with volunteers and donors in outward-facing roles.
• Professional representation of the School and Advancement Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Governance: Lead strategic plans for alumni engagement and oversee the Alumni Advisory Board.
• Engagement, Programming, and Communications: Direct signature events like Homecoming and reunions; design programs for seniors and Young Alumni.
• Regional & Affinity Outreach: Shape regional events and networks for a 2,000+ member alumni body.
• Special Initiatives & Milestone Leadership: Manage milestone efforts such as Wall of Fame and Distinguished Alumni Award; coordinate communications.
• Communications: Oversee alumni communications including newsletters, TorchBearer Magazine pages, social media, and alumni site.
• Data Strategy & Measurement: Establish a framework to measure meaningful engagement; maintain KPI dashboards; analyze growth opportunities.
