Job summary

The University of Denver is seeking an Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement, Signature Experiences, to oversee programs that connect graduates with meaningful engagement opportunities. You will manage reunion events, life-stage initiatives, and volunteer activities, working with the Alumni Council and under the Director of Alumni Engagement.

You will coordinate annual traditions, measure program impact, and collaborate across Advancement to advance DU's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 3 years of professional experience including at least 1 year in alumni, donor, or constituent relations.

Responsibilities

• Execute a portfolio of alumni engagement programs, including reunion programming and life-stage events.
• Lead alumni discovery and volunteer engagement, including recruitment and recognition of volunteers.
• Maintain documentation of alumni interactions in the CRM and report progress.
• Collaborate across Advancement and campus to support alumni engagement and university priorities.
