Job summary

Cape Eleuthera Island School seeks an Alumni Engagement and Giving Manager to lead all engagement efforts for program alumni. You will work with Advancement, Communications and Admissions to grow participation and philanthropic support, plan events, and manage communications.

The role requires relationship-building, data-driven planning in Salesforce/Almabase, and travel across the United States, with occasional trips to The Bahamas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to recruit, motivate, and support volunteers.
• Commitment to engaging with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel frequently in the US and occasionally to The Bahamas.
• Philadelphia or Boston preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement alumni engagement plans for all programs.
• Oversee alumni communications and newsletters.
• Manage annual giving strategies and donor relations.
• Coordinate alumni events and reunions, in-person and virtual.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and Almabase.
• Represent Island School in public interactions.
