Qualifications

• Demonstrated success building relationships and engaging constituents.
• Understanding of and commitment to philanthropy in independent schools and nonprofit organizations.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and customer service communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual giving campaigns and donor stewardship.
• Coordinate alumni engagement, communications, and events.
• Track donor interactions and maintain donor databases.
• Prepare campaign reports and audience segmentation for fundraising initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Director of Development and Advancement team to support the school's mission.
