Reporting to the Advancement Event Manager, you will assist with signature events, alumni programs, donor recognition events, and campus celebrations, requiring strong organization and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience supporting events, alumni relations, or donor engagement.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute annual signature Advancement events.
• Coordinate logistics: timelines, room reservations, catering, rentals, signage, parking, registration, supplies and AV.
• Assist with event setup, staffing, guest check-in, troubleshooting and post-event wrap-up.
• Maintain detailed event planning documents and run-of-show materials.
• Collaborate with campus partners and external vendors.
• Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
