Strive Recovery is seeking a compassionate Director of Alumni to build and lead our alumni program. You will nurture connections that extend recovery beyond discharge, creating an engaged community for former clients.

The role focuses on relationship-building, events, and partnerships, with travel and some evening/weekend commitments. 2–3 years in recovery services preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in recovery services or alumni programming.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally and work occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted relationships with clients before discharge and introduce them to the Strive Recovery alumni community.
• Maintain regular contact with alumni through structured check‑ins and outreach.
• Serve as a first point of contact for alumni needing recovery resources.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead alumni events and activities (coffee socials, dinners, milestones, sober activities).
• Develop relationships with community partners to expand resources and programming.
• Manage the alumni program budget and track event-related expenses.
• Travel locally for alumni events and outreach.
• Maintain organized records of alumni outreach and engagement.
