Job summary

Claremont McKenna College seeks an Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement, Student, Young Alumni, and Digital Engagement to guide the college’s student-to-young alumni engagement and build a robust digital community for over 14,000 alumni. You will work with Alumni Association leadership and campus partners to craft meaningful programs and journeys across undergraduate years and early alumni life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience required.
• Three to five years in a private higher education external relations environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required to drive College-owned vehicles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end student-to-young alumni engagement strategy with measurable initiatives.
• Collaborate with Alumni Association leadership and campus partners to design engagement programs.
• Develop activation, retention, and networking initiatives across global alumni chapters.
