Job summary

Siena Catholic Schools in Racine, WI seeks a Development and Alumni Engagement Coordinator to manage the donor and alumni database, coordinate engagement initiatives, and support fundraising efforts.

This role oversees database integrity, gift processing, reporting, acknowledgments, and financial reconciliation while leading communications, events, and volunteer engagement for the Siena Catholic Schools Alumni Association.

Qualifications

• Requires associate degree or greater with at least 1 year of related experience in office administration.
• Experience in Catholic education or nonprofit setting preferred.
• Experience coordinating events, volunteers, donor stewardship, alumni engagement or constituent relations preferred.
• Strong data entry, confidentiality, and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain donor and alumni records and engagement history for relationship management.
• Process gifts, generate reports, and ensure accurate acknowledgments and financial reconciliation.
• Lead alumni communications, events, and volunteer engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Development team to support fundraising and outreach activities.
• Provide training and best practices for Raiser's Edge users.
