Job summary

The role involves planning events, crafting appeals, recruiting volunteers, managing student staff, and maintaining donor data. The position is onsite, five days a week, with collaboration across Advancement, Communications, and Athletics to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge development software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated annual fund participation strategies and set annual giving goals.
• Plan and execute annual giving appeals and related communications with Marketing/Communications.
• Maintain donor data, gifts, and campaign details in Raiser's Edge; generate progress reports.
