Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is seeking an Aluminum Welder for a Paynesville, MN location. Earn $27.00-$29.00 per hour with weekly pay on 1st and 2nd shifts.

The role is temporary or temp-to-hire and involves reading prints and fixtures, welding aluminum assemblies and maintaining a safe work environment. Ideal candidates have 1+ year welding experience, ability to read blueprints and operate welding equipment, and can work well independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints.
• Ability to operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Weld aluminum from prints and work instructions, fixture, tack and weld to meet quality standards.
• Operate forklifts and hand tools as needed.
• Handle raw materials and perform light equipment maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and support inspections and material handling.
• Use ERP system for production tracking and participate in continuous improvement.
