Job summary

Westmor Industries is seeking a skilled aluminum welder to join our Shawnee, KS manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will read blueprints, prepare weld surfaces, set up equipment, and produce quality welds while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints.
• Willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprint drawings and dimension styles accurately.
• Prepare weld surfaces according to specifications and requirements.
• Set up and adjust welder settings to ensure optimal performance and quality.
• Perform welding tasks in compliance with industry codes and procedures.
• Adhere to safe operating procedures for overhead cranes, forklifts, and other machinery.
