Qualifications

• Read blueprints and welding symbols to guide fabrication.
• Willing to train the right person.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow schedules.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprint drawings, dimensions and welding symbols.
• Prepare surfaces and fit aluminum components per specifications.
• Set up, adjust, and optimize welder settings for quality welds.
• Ensure work complies with company standards and codes.
• Operate material-handling equipment safely.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and keep workspace clean.
