Job summary

TrailersPlus is seeking a Production Worker in Virginia to support trailer manufacturing in the skin department. You will attach aluminum panels, apply tapes, caulk, decals, and connect trailer lighting while upholding high quality control standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm with Friday half-day. Benefits include 401(k) with match, health and vision insurance, PTO, sick pay, and early pay options.

Qualifications

• Proficient in working with tools including table saw, chop saw, radial arm saw, drywall screw gun, sawzall, stomp shear, sheet metal brake, and general hand tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with safety and quality focus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to production quality.
• Demonstrated ability to read a tape measure accurately.

Responsibilities

• Install aluminum sheets, specialized tapes, caulk, and decals with attention to detail.
• Attach fenders and wall trim to trailers.
• Hook up and test trailer lighting to ensure functionality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace for safety and efficiency.
• Learn and become proficient in other production roles as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and quality standards throughout production.
