Job summary

Real Alloy is seeking a Production Team Member for our secondary metal processing facility in Wabash, Indiana. You will perform a wide range of manufacturing tasks, including banding ingot, operating the casting robot, and moving ingots by forklift, with a strong focus on safety and attendance.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual handling.
• Able to read and write and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Accurate in recording weights and measurements.
• Demonstrate safe work practices throughout the plant.
• Experience with industrial tow motors or forklifts preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Banding ingot and operating the casting robot.
• Transfer ingot by forklift to the banding pad.
• Assist with maintenance and cleaning of furnace pumps and baghouse.
• Wear PPE as provided by the employer.
