Job summary

You will read electrical and mechanical blueprints, set up fixturing and welding parameters, and execute aluminum MIG and TIG welds. Maintaining equipment, promoting safety and producing high-quality components are essential to our production goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Read and understand electrical and mechanical blueprints.
• 1–3 years experience in welding, especially aluminum MIG and TIG.
• AWS D1.2 aluminum certification preferred.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in welding techniques.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and weld symbols.
• Set up fixturing and welding parameters (amps, volts).
• Finish grinding and prepare product for final assembly.
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure safety practices.
• Assist in repairs as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
