• Lead and mentor molding team members; provide training.
• Support performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor equipment and materials; collaborate with engineering, maintenance and quality teams.
• Contribute to solving casting defects and process issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and participate in process improvements.
