Job summary

Texarkana Aluminum is seeking a results-driven professional to support customer interfaces, drive quality improvements, and coordinate cross-functional teams in aluminum rolling applications. You will analyze historical data, assist with claims, and lead customer trials to ensure product performance aligns with specifications.

The role requires a degree in sales/engineering or science with several years of technical sales experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Sales/Marketing degree with minimum three years of technical sales experience, or a science degree.
• Operational experience and quality knowledge in Aluminum rolling (5–10 years) in lieu of BS degree.
• Proven customer focus with credibility and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Serve as interface between customers and TKA Technical/Process teams; provide structured feedback.
• Coordinate and evaluate customer trials with technical teams and report results.
• Analyze processing history, defects, and claims to identify dissatisfiers and trends.
• Present investigation findings and corrective actions to teams and customers.
• Conduct warehouse audits per ISO 9001:2015 and assist outside processors as needed.
• Maintain safety and protect confidential information; perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
