Job summary

Real Alloy is seeking a Foundry Associate to work on rotating 12-hour day shifts in our aluminum processing facility. You will learn safety and quality programs while participating in the core process of converting scrap aluminum into new aluminum ready for use by our customers.

Multiple shifts are available; new employees start on an 8-hour shift before transitioning to a 12-hour shift after training. Expect hands-on work with overhead cranes, forklifts, and an industrial robot system.

Qualifications

• Safety and quality training focus.
• Participation in core competency of converting scrap aluminum into new aluminum products.

Responsibilities

• Learn safety and quality programs while contributing to the aluminum recycling process.
• Assist in converting scrap aluminum into new aluminum ready for customers.
