Job summary
Hydro Extrusions is seeking a Production Operator for the Sidney, OH facility on 1st shift (6am-2:30pm). You will operate bending equipment safely, perform adjustments, and conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
Starting pay is $23.03 per hour, with full-time permanent employment and benefits including medical and retirement plans. Successful candidates will have a high school diploma/GED, ability to lift 20–50 pounds, and a commitment to safety and accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read, write and follow verbal instructions.
- Ability to lift 20–50 pounds frequently during shift.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate bending equipment safely and efficiently to produce quality products.
- Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting as needed.
- Conduct quality inspections and process control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain accurate product identification, production documentation, and scrap accountability.
- Keep the work area clean, organized and compliant with safety and 5S standards.
