Job summary

Hydro Extrusions in Phoenix is hiring an entry-level manufacturing operator. You will operate stretcher equipment to stretch and straighten aluminum extrusions to precise specifications and support production flow.

No previous experience required; full training is provided. Day and night shifts are available with a $1 night shift premium. Hydro offers medical, retirement plans, education assistance, and parental leave.

Qualifications

Ability to understand and communicate basic instructions in English.
Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
Ability to use and maintain basic tools and measuring equipment relevant to the position.
Must be able to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
No previous experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Operate stretcher equipment to stretch and straighten aluminum extrusions to spec.
Inspect extrusions to ensure proper stretch setup and quality standards.
Transfer finished extrusions to saw storage tables and support material flow within the department.
Follow all work instructions, safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and JSAs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through housekeeping and 5S practices.
Participate in daily safety meetings, report unsafe conditions, and contribute to a strong safety culture.
Collaborate with team members and perform additional duties as assigned to support production goals.
