Job summary

Hydro Extrusions is seeking candidates for a manufacturing role on the 3rd shift. Starting pay is $23.03 per hour with a $1.00 per hour shift premium. The position requires lifting 20–50 pounds, a high school diploma, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing environment is required.
• High school diploma is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and managers in both written and verbal form.
• Must be able to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to lift approximately twenty to fifty (20-50) pounds frequently during an eight to ten hour shift.
• Must successfully complete a ninety (90) day orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Productivity and efficiency rating of 85%.
• Stop production and contact the Supervisor when quality problems are detected.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area for all. Good housekeeping is a must.
• Must be willing to cross-train on other jobs throughout the plant, as needed.
• When conditions dictate, overtime may be required (with little or no prior notification).
