Job summary

Altra, a VF Corporation brand, is seeking a Field Service Representative to grow the brand across Michigan. You will build retailer relationships, deliver product education, run club partnerships, and represent Altra at races and events, while working remotely from the Detroit area.

You’ll collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams, share market insights, manage field assets and expenses, and execute in-store activations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of specialty retail experience (run or outdoor preferred).
• 2+ years in marketing, sales, or a customer-facing field role.
• Experience fitting and selling technical footwear.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities
