Ideal candidates have 1+ year in specialty retail and 2+ years in sales or customer-facing roles, with enthusiasm for running and outdoor activities. This is a remote role centered in the Detroit area, with travel to retailers and events as needed.

• 1+ year of specialty retail experience (run or outdoor preferred).
• 2+ years in marketing, sales, or a customer-facing field role.
• Experience fitting and selling technical footwear.

• Familiarity with Altra products is a plus.
