Pitcairn seeks an Investment Operations, Alternatives Specialist to support the lifecycle of private equity, private credit, and hedge fund investments. You will handle subscription documents, capital calls, redemptions, and reporting across multiple teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business or finance and 2–4 years in financial services with exposure to alternatives in operations such as compliance, fund administration, or reporting. Proficiency in Excel and AI tools is expected.

• Solid understanding of trusts, corporations, and partnerships.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate across teams to implement the firm’s alternative investments strategy at scale.
• Process and submit subscription documents to managers and custodians per fund requirements.
• Follow up with relationship and fund managers to rectify onboarding items and signatures.
• Oversee reporting including committed capital, period-end statements, and tax documents.
• Process wires and capital calls; ensure timely, accurate reflections in the reporting system.
• Perform QC of alternatives performance and resolve issues in holdings data.
