We provide services for children and families in the Twin Cities through GAP School (state approved alternative high school), the Community & School Collaborative, and Change Institute. · Teach 4 hours daily, minimum of 2 science classes – may teach out of licensed subject area

· Develop curriculum map, syllabi, and lesson plans linked to standards

· Advise students in context of career and college readiness

· Differentiate instruction and make 1:1 and small group additional assistance available

· Link academic instruction with career pathways

· Provide English Language Learners and students on Individualized Educational Plans with additional supports and accommodations

· Conference with students at Mid-Quarter and Quarter Negotiation Days

· Manage administrative tasks effectively

Other Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• High School Teaching license. Science teaching license preferred but not required.
