Hader Solutions is seeking a Teacher, Alternative Education to support at-risk and nontraditional middle and high school students in Mississippi. You will design standards-based instruction, differentiate lessons, and provide structured academic and behavioral support to help students re-engage and achieve graduation goals.

The role requires collaboration with school districts, families, and support staff to monitor progress in a safe, supportive, structured classroom environment.

• Experience teaching middle/high school students in alternative or supportive settings.
• Strength in special education–informed practices and behavior support.
• Clear communication and strong collaboration with families and staff.
• Commitment to student advocacy and re-engagement.
