Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, standards-based instruction aligned to IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust lessons.
• Manage student behavior using positive behavior supports and evidence-based strategies.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and district partners to support student success.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation related to instruction, progress, and IEP implementation.
• Partner with families to support learning and behavioral goals.
• Support at-risk and nontraditional learners in re-engaging in school and achieving academic and behavioral progress.
