Qualifications

• Experience with maneuvering equipment safely (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Observe and supervise day-to-day operations of lower classification operators.
• Facilitate daily production through effective scheduling and communication.
• Organize resources to reduce the impact of unfortunate events.
• Prepare guidance and training for lower classification operators.
• Report project status to senior management.
