The role requires stepping in as acting PM as needed, coordinating with government stakeholders, and ensuring cost control, quality assurance, and compliance.

This full-time, on-site position demands readiness for emergency response within 2 hours, 24/7 availability, and a background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years' PM or engineering management experience overseeing a multi-discipline team.
• Experience with property management, inspections, vendor recruitment, onboarding, and scorecards.
• Ability to collaborate with government personnel and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a multi-disciplined maintenance workforce; perform preventative and emergency repairs.
• Step in as acting PM during absences; coordinate contract operations.
• Manage personnel, risk, cost control, quality assurance, compliance, and contract performance.
