Readiness Management Support seeks an Alternate Manager DFAC to oversee all food service operations in DFACs in the absence of the DFAC Manager. Responsibilities include procurement, preparation, serving, and catering, with coordination of menus and compliance with AFCENT and Tri-Service Food Code.

Expertise in staff management, menu planning, budgeting, and logistics is essential. Travel to deployed sites may be required, with a focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery of meals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or higher in food management or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in cafeteria or multi-entrée operations.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all high-quality food operations including procurement, delivery, preparation, and serving.
• Review inventory counts and submit as required.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive food operation plan.
• Manage USN and OC?N personnel in food operations at the DFAC.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and Tri-Service Food Code standards.
