Job summary

Neiman Marcus, a leading luxury retailer, seeks an Alterations Manager to lead the Alterations Associates and deliver outstanding service to clients and the selling organization.

Under the direction of the Assistant General Manager of Operations, you will organize processes, drive performance, and cultivate a professional work environment while coordinating with the selling team.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree preferred.
• 3+ years of management experience with comparable volume or a proven track record of success managing operations workforce and achieving results
• Fitting/tailoring experience in high-end or luxury merchandise setting is preferred, not required
• Ability to fit and perform alterations on a wide range of garments is preferred, not required
• Knowledge of Alterations industry including fabrication and styling of luxury merchandise.
• Proficiency in utilizing available technology, Word, Excel etc. is required. Must be flexible in scheduling as the business needs evening weekend and holiday schedules.

• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed

YOU WILL BE:
