The Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in the success of the Alterations department by providing exceptional customer service. S/he reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for tasks such as welcoming customers, scheduling appointments, answering phones, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup.
