Alterations Customer Service Representative

Join us at David's Bridal as an Alterations Customer Service Representative and be part of a team that makes dreams come true. This role is essential for providing exceptional service in our alterations department, ensuring customer satisfaction from greeting to garment pickup.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers warmly via phone, in person, or virtually, and communicate clearly to meet their needs.
  • Manage customer flow using all systems to deliver a five-star experience.
  • Promote alterations services and personalized options.
  • Maintain store standards and assist with inventory and operational tasks.
  • Ensure garments are pressed, steamed, and inspected to meet quality standards.
  • Build lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty.
  • Support store policies including cash handling and cleanliness.
Physical & Educational Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years retail experience, preferably in apparel or specialty stores.
  • Prior sewing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
