About the Role

The Alterations CSR is crucial for providing superior customer service in the Alterations department. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, making appointments, answering phones, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly, genuine greeting to all customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats.
• Manage customer flow using all systems to deliver a five-star experience.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs, and Be There for customers, including operational tasks and emotional support.
• Address customer concerns proactively and escalate when necessary.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and dress code.
• Assist with garment pressing, steaming, and quality checks.
• Build long-term customer relationships for satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support inventory and transaction processes accurately.
• Perform duties as assigned by management.

Physical & Education Requirements

• Stand, walk, sit, and perform manual tasks including sewing and F&B responsibilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years retail experience; sewing experience helpful.
