Job summary

Systems Technology Forum LTD (STF) is seeking a highly experienced professional to monitor and manage installation status of Navy C4I systems aboard afloat units. The role requires analyzing cost, schedule, and performance data, and developing program schedules with Gantt charts.

Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of US Navy communications protocols, extensive surface-ship experience, and at least six years in installation, operation, and maintenance of ship-based C4I systems, including

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of US Navy communications protocols, applications, and equipment/system setup and troubleshooting procedures.
• Extensive surface ship experience required, installation of C4I equipment desired.
• Six years' experience in installation, operation, maintenance and repair of ship-based C4I systems including all cabling, computer, multiplexing, motor, switching, cryptographic, recording, cooling water and dry air systems.

Job Summary

Monitor and track all phases of installation status on afloat units; analyze cost, schedule, and performance data; develop and monitor program schedules and Gantt charts; perform critical path analyses

Responsibilities and Duties

Experience with US Navy afloat C4I systems architecture, installation, integration, testing, and briefing project status; experience with Fleet Modernization process stakeholders and organizational relationships; experience reviewing Ship Installation Drawings (SIDs); and experience with reviewing and developing, technical correspondence, reports, documents, drawings, and/or analyses.

US Navy ET / IT with shipboard experience highly desired.

Salary

The minimum salary starts at $90,000 and the max is negotiable based on experience
