Job summary

Atlantic Health System is seeking an ALS Supervisor to coordinate daily activities and serve as a role model within the Emergency Services division. The role includes maintaining guides, coordinating with MICU leadership, and ensuring staff compliance with AAC policies.

The ALS Supervisor will liaise between Mobile ICU and Atlantic Mobile Health departments, support continuous quality improvement activities, and oversee equipment and supplies per manufacturer specifications.

• Provides support and feedback to staff to coordinate daily activities
• Maintains effective communication within sites and organization
• Liaises with Mobile ICU and Atlantic Mobile Health departments

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities and responsibilities; be a role model and facilitator.
• Serve as a resource for ground/building maintenance at the assigned rate.
• Maintain resource and orientation guides and communication boards at the site.
